How can I create an account?

Creating an account on Kreosus takes no more than a few minutes. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and enter your email address and a strong password; then activate your account by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you. After completing this step, you can choose your creator or supporter role, add a profile photo and short biography to tell your community who you are. For creators, bank/payment information and invoice information are additionally requested; this data is mandatory for payments to be transferred securely.

How can I start using the platform?

After your account is approved, the Control Panel opens. Creators can define subscription levels here (e.g. "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold"), place one-time support buttons or embed code on their own websites with a few clicks. Supporters can go to the profiles of creators they are interested in and make monthly or one-time payments with the "Support" option, access shared exclusive content and directly encourage the creator through the message box. All financial movements are monitored in the "Income" tab, which is updated in real time; you can see commission, transaction deduction and your net earnings in detail.

What are the payment methods?

Kreosus supports all credit/bank cards that are common in Turkey and around the world, especially Visa and Mastercard. Card data is encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment infrastructure; the platform never stores your card information on its own servers. If you wish, you can add multiple cards to your account and make your transactions in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollar (USD). While a payment processing fee of 2.9%–3.9% + $0.30 per transaction is charged, the platform commission varies between 0% and 10% according to your income level; current rates are displayed in table format on the "Pricing" page.

How does the membership cancellation and refund process work?

Monthly subscription can be canceled with a few clicks from the supporter's "Manage Subscription" menu; after cancellation, access to exclusive content continues for the remaining usage period and automatic renewal is stopped at the end of the period. Cancellation is not applicable for one-time supports; however, a refund request can be opened by the supporter within 14 days after payment with the reason "Wrong/Incorrect Payment". Kreosus forwards the request to the creator and refunds the amount minus transaction fees upon the creator's approval. The platform's 0%–10% commission is subject to refund; transaction deductions (payment infrastructure cost) may vary according to the refund provider's policies.
