One-Time Support No Longer Needs an Account

Your supporters can now finish a one-time payment with only their email address. There is no account or password step.

  • A signed-out visitor to your page finishes a one-time payment with only an email address. Adding a name is optional.
  • After paying, a supporter can open a free account with one code sent to the same email.
  • Monthly support has no password either. Supporters sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their email.
  • Sign-in with Google and Apple works as before.

Add a Support Badge and Button to Your Site

Put a support badge on your site, blog or README. One line of code also adds a support button or a card.

  • Badges work on sites, blogs and README files.
  • A button or a card needs only one line of /embed.js code.
  • Paste your Kreosus link anywhere that supports oEmbed and the card shows up on its own.
  • Supporter counts and the goal percent are off at first. You can turn them on in the Badges tab.

Profile Views Are Now in Statistics

The Statistics page has a new Traffic section. It shows how many times your profile and its tabs were opened.

  • You can see views by day, week or month.
  • Your own visits and Kreosus admin visits do not count.
  • Days before we started counting show as empty.

We Can Now Create Your Payout Request for You

When your balance reaches an amount you set, or on a day of the month you pick, we create a payout request for your full balance.

  • Just pick an amount or a day of the month (1-28).
  • We never create a request below the minimum payout.
  • This setting stays off until you turn it on.
  • You can still create a request yourself at any time.
