Hello , My Name is Kursat 

My friend Ozer and I have a small workshop in North Cyprus. While Ozer manages the  business operations, I work on production-oriented tasks.

The past 8 years have been exhausting, but also filled with excitement.I remember the first time I encountered epoxy resin - you know those moments in life where you just know you've found something special?The kind of excitement that you need to act on right away, or it'll fade away and be forgottenWell, I held onto that excitement and ran with it.Epoxy became my avenue for creating wonders, adding color to people's lives and my own.At the time, I was in a management position at a large global firm.When I quit, the last question everyone asked was "what are you going to do?" I proudly replied, "I'm going to make necklaces!" :)) It was definitely one of the craziest decisions I've ever made, but a beautiful and challenging journey began. 

 8 years later, those necklaces have turned into tables, decorative pieces, and ultimately art.If you ask me, I'm neither a necklace-maker or an artist.I'm just someone who constantly creates new things and refuses to let the flow of life stop me

These days, I'm constantly chasing after new ideas, always hungry for something to merge with my art and technology. "I believe that combining my products and art with technology will take me and my small business to the next level. Additionally, it will open up an unlimited creative space for me."I have so many creative ideas swirling in my mind - from moving - Kinetic sculptures to necklaces that can change color using a smartphone app, to tables with built-in wifi charging stations , The coffee table that's a tablet and There are many works that will make people think, 'Why didn't I come up with this" .

With your support, it looks like I have another exciting 8 years ahead of me.I've named this chapter of my life "tech-n-art-istic!" Thanks to you.. 

To let technology have a go at my art and products

I planned to divide the Tech-n-art-istic period of my life, into three parts for funding. 

The first part of funding will be for the purchase of the machines and equipment. (ongoing ) I am sure that the funding will be successful, and after proving myself to you, I want to move on to the second stage. I want to move on to the next stages with the income I will earn from the first stage result

If this part of the project is funded, the promised products that will go into production are:

-Smart Necklaces - Necklaces made of wood and resin with secret mounted LEDs that can change color with your phone.

-Smart Tables - Tables that can be adjusted to change colors with your phone and also function as charging stations. 

-Moving and Kinetic Art Sculptures

The second stage will be to expand my workshop and continue with collective work colleagues. It will involve building an area and workshop where artists and craftsmen can work together and bring their dreams to reality.

The third stage is to make a first in Cyprus and provide a Do-It-Yourself service and A complex where local artists can display their exhibitions, and a large theater stage where performances can be held, addressing our current lack of a modern theater. All these will be part of a large complex. The dreams may seem too big, but why not? Of course, I will start with the smallest step first 

    CNC Router machines can generate high income and infinite creation when their technology is utilized correctlyThe first part is to buy a  3D CNC Router machine, which is a missing part of my workshop. Due to the limited space of my workshop, I plan to purchase a medium-sized machine with a working area of 100 cm x 100 cm. . 

The benefits that the CNC machine will provide me are that I can make millimetric cuts for moving sculpture parts, add technological innovations to decorative objects with computer-drawn channels, straighten wood and epoxy, and provide me with an infinite benefit that I can bring my imagination to life.

Wood Sand Planer , which is an essential part of every workshop that I could not afford until now. I don't need a large sanding machine. What's important to me is a good brand with a long lifespan. Its benefit is that we can sand millimetrically the parts coming out of the CNC machine properly and quickly

Don't ask why a carpenter needs a 3D printer. Actually, you're right. The reason I need a 3D printer is that I will need small and complementary parts for kinetic and moving sculptures. Being able to produce them freely and in my own workshop will allow us to be more independent. I have made a reasonable priced choice on a 3D printer.

Costs 

Cnc Router Machine - According to my research, the most effective CNC machine I can use will cost $8,000, including tax, customs, and all other expenses.

Pallet sanding machine - $700

3d Printer - $500

A wood dust collection machine will cost $250 

( I will be able to cover the costs of the Wi-Fi charging devices, mini LED lights that can be controlled by mobile phones, GPS systems for pet tracking, etc. )

All these equipment will help me combine art and technology, and it is only up to my imagination and hard work.
